The barrel stock we tasted through to choose the 2021 BBT blend is the exact same stock that we pull from for the Derivations and all of our stouts

Itwas filled into 300 or 500 litre second or third fill Hungarian oak casks and transferred down into Royal Tokaji’s extensive

with succulent and highly precise tannins

which carried over and allowed our Hazy Yeast Blend™ plenty to work its magic with

all coupled with classic GlenAllachie honeyed charm
