Raventós i Blanc 'De Nit' Sparkling Rose 2022All Ravents wines are made using the traditional method, the 'De Nit' being a combination of white grapes Xarel lo, Macabeo and Parallada blended with Monastrell. Lees ageing of 18 months. Wild, citrus and white fruit with typical notes of Mediterranean herbs such as fennel. A voluminous mouthfeel with good structure, and an elegant, fresh and persistent finish.
