The grapes from each parcel are harvested and vinified separately and are then assembled prior to bottling (after more or less fifteen months of élevage)

after 14 days the fermentation was pressed into neutral 227L oak barriques

it’s going to shine on the dinner table and keep nicely for 2-3 years

but the textural resonance and mid-palate typical of the best wines from this site are missing
